PRINCIPLES FOR THE PROCESSING AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

This policy contains information about the processing of personal data that you provide either directly to Adast Systems, a.s.
or through the website www.ADASTSYSTEMS.cz.

The processing information is set out as follows:

- who processes the data,
- how it is processed,
- for what purpose,
- for how long,
- what types of data are processed for each category of natural person.

This policy also sets out what rights you have in relation to processing and where you can exercise them.


What regulations govern the processing of your data?

We process your data in accordance with applicable European and Czech legislation. Specifically, this includes Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 - General Data Protection Regulation, abbreviated as GDPR, and Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on the protection of personal data.


How do we process your data?

We process personal data in both electronic and paper form. We use advanced electronic information systems and tools. The processing is partly automated. We have implemented appropriate organisational and technical measures to ensure an adequate level of security for your data. We regularly test the measures and evaluate their effectiveness. Any processors of your data (external entities) are bound by confidentiality and security obligations in the same way as we are.


INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA (GDPR ART. 13 AND 14)

Who processes your data?

The data controller of your personal data is Adast Systems, a.s., B 963, registered at the Regional Court in Brno, with registered office No. 496, 679 04 Adamov. The operator of the website www.tridvajedna.cz is Adast Systems, a.s.
 
The processors of your personal data are an external information technology administrator, an external supplier of accounting and tax services and an external web hosting provider. All processors are based in the Czech Republic and carry out processing there. Upon request, the data protection officer of Adast Systems, a.s. (see contact details below) will provide more detailed information to authorised persons.
 
Our web technologies use Google Analytics. Personal data is then processed by Google LLC, Mountain View, USA.

If you are our customer

(customer representative or consumer)
The purpose of the processing is to manage the relationship with the subscribers (customers) as well as routine ordering and contract processing. We process data in the following maximum scope: company, name, function, telephone, mobile phone, email. It may be stored for a period of two years after the customer representative's most recent interaction with Adast Systems, a.s. The legitimate reason for the processing is necessary for the performance or preparation of the contract.
 

If you are our supplier

(supplier representative)
The purpose of the processing is to manage supplier relationships as well as routine order and contract administration. We process data in the following maximum scope: company, name, function, telephone, mobile phone, e-mail. They may be stored for two years after the supplier representative's most recent interaction with Adast Systems, Inc. The legitimate reason for this is processing necessary for the performance or preparation of the contract.
 

If you have sent us an email

(supplier representative, customer representative, prospective customer, job seeker)
The purpose of the processing is internal and external communication. We process the data you have sent us and for a period of time that reflects both your and our reasonable expectations. Technically this is a period of 12 months after the most recent interaction. The legitimate reason for this is our legitimate interest, which is mainly the proper management of the communication system, electronic data, the protection of industrial property and the interest in the development and protection of our industrial activities.
 
In doing so, we are also guided by the company's Internet Safety and Ethics Policy.

(customer, supplier, information seeker, cooperation seeker, job seeker)
We monitor traffic to our website and evaluate it statistically. We therefore use Google Analytics, which stores the IP addresses from which users access the site. We also use cookies. They allow computers to be identified, but they also do not refer to any specific person.

If you use a contact form from our website, we process the data you enter in the respective form. We process the data for a period of 6 to 12 months. The legitimate reason for this is our legitimate interest, which consists mainly in the proper management of the presentation system, the communication system, the electronic data and the interest in the development and protection of our industrial activity.

If you are our employee

The purpose of the processing is the management of normal employee records, settlement with government institutions and insurance companies, professional development of employees, provision of employee benefits, etc. We process the data for a period of 6 to 12 months after the termination of the employment relationship, unless a longer period is stipulated by law. The legitimate reason is both the fulfilment of legal obligations and our legitimate interest in building a qualified and stable work team and in presenting and building the company's reputation. If you are a user of our computer network

(employee, freelancer)
The purpose of the processing is to log access to the network, access to the information system and access to the Internet. We process data in the following maximum scope: first name, last name, username (login), password, user group (department, security group), position, department, office (location), office phone, mobile phone, fax number, street, city, region, postcode, country or area. They may be stored for the life of the user account. The legitimate reason for this is our legitimate interest, which consists mainly in the proper management of electronic data, the protection of industrial property and the interest in the development and protection of our industrial activities.

What rights do you have in relation to data processing?

You can ask us for information about the processing of your personal data. You have the right to ask us to disclose the data we process about you. If you believe or become aware that we are processing your personal data in violation of the protection of your private and personal life or in violation of the law, you have the right to object to the processing, ask us for an explanation or ask us to correct it. You can also ask us to restrict processing or delete your data. You can withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. However, withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to withdrawal. You also have the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Who do we provide your data to?

We do not pass on your data to any third parties. We only pass on data when we are under a legal obligation to do so, which applies in particular to government departments.

What else is important to know in relation to the processing of your personal data?

The processing of your data does not involve automated decision-making about you or profiling of your person.

Within the EU, a uniform protection of personal data is guaranteed in each member state, which is provided for by the GDPR.
